Developed a Python backend to automate data extraction from PDF, Excel, and XML files, significantly improving data processing efficiency; deployed the complete solution, including a frontend, as a standalone executable using PyInstaller.
Developed a full-stack passports manager mobile application to be used by travel agencies, from design to deployment. I also performed QA testing with Selenium on a web application to prepare it for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Reduced technical downtime by diagnosing and resolving network, hardware, and software issues for staff, demonstrating strong real-world troubleshooting skills.
